The Good Ones Have Big Signs and Open Before 8:00 am

I think that I am a good garage sale patron. I am. I bring loose change. I greet you and smile. I chat if you are chatting me up. I dismiss a remote inner-voice that says that I am poor because I am shopping in a stranger's garage, lawn, or storage shed. Due to the green movement, reusing is trendy! And Handsome Dude's toys are affordable! Gotta go, it's Thursday and the best ones start on Thursdays!

I have always felt that I was an angel of mercy walking up to a garage sale, especially those that have no customers. In fact, I feel guilty if I can't find one thing to buy to help the cause, because I figure that most people have garage sales because they need to. I have never considered myself poor since some of my upper-crust friends go garage saling just for the heck of it. Get a group and go garage saling...on a Thursday morning.

Here, here! :) my last garage sale Great Buy is stashed away for Christmas - a kid's art easel for five bucks. Gotta love a bargin!
